At the core of the platform is a custom-built CRM, tailored to manage and track leads more effectively—allowing for real-time status updates, smart lead prioritization, and dynamic assignment across team members.
One of the standout features is the integration with WhatsApp, enabling direct client communication from within the platform, complemented by a real-time notification system that alerts the team about new leads, status changes, and pending tasks.
The dashboard also includes a full case management system, where each client file is organized with all relevant documentation, progress tracking, and automated workflows. In addition, we implemented dynamic forms that adapt based on the service type or client profile, streamlining data collection and reducing input errors.
